Using CivPvP
You must be at least 13 to use CivPvP. Follow the server rules. Purchases do not exempt anyone from those rules.
CivPvP is operated independently. The operator's legal identity and jurisdiction will be added before store terms are finalized. CivPvP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
02 / Purchases
Ranks and subscriptions
Permanent ranks never expire. Monthly ranks last until the end of each paid month; cancelling stops the next renewal. All purchases are final; see the refund policy below.
Individual cosmetics are separate purchases. One item-lore-credit purchase grants one consumable credit. Rank names, prices and cosmetic benefits shown in the store are previews.
Checkout is not available. Before launch, product pages will identify pricing, billing intervals, delivery conditions, cancellation methods and the selected payment provider. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases where required by age and local law.
03 / Refunds
Refund policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes permanent ranks, monthly ranks that have already been charged, individual cosmetics and lore credits.
When we will refund or fix a purchase
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Your purchase never arrived on your account and we can't fix it.
- You were charged for a monthly rank after you cancelled it.
Where local law gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies.
Stolen or replaced Minecraft accounts
Purchases belong to the Minecraft account they were bought for. If that account is stolen, or you move to a new Minecraft account, we can transfer your purchases instead of refunding them. Everything is removed from the old account and added to the new one. We may ask you to prove you made the original purchase.
Other cases
- Monthly ranks: cancel any time. Perks stay until the end of the paid month. Partial months aren't refunded.
- Bans: purchases aren't refunded if an account is banned for breaking the rules.
- Chargebacks: if you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the purchase is removed from your account.
How to ask
Email 90percentyt@gmail.com with your order ID and Minecraft username. For a transfer, include the old and new usernames. Never send passwords or card details.
04 / Privacy
Website information
The lore editor stores its draft in your browser's local storage. Its editing and preview code do not upload that text to a server. Clear the draft or site storage to remove its content.
The website requests external fonts, Minecraft textures and player images from third-party services. The homepage includes a YouTube player that may load as you scroll toward it. These requests disclose normal connection information, including your IP address, to those providers.
Team and leaderboard previews use staff names with made-up statistics. Future public player profiles will use Minecraft UUIDs, statistics and team membership. Account linking and purchase history are not connected.
Hosting/CDN logs, cookies, data retention and the process for data-access or deletion requests still need verification. Those details will be added before a final privacy notice is published.
